• Strong knowledge of HR technical subjects.
• Familiarity with HRMS systems; PeopleSoft is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in deploying corporate and local HR initiatives and procedures.
• Support full recruitment process including postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding tasks.
• Respond to associate inquiries about pay, PTO, scheduling, and policies.
• Maintain employee files, HR data, and document retention in HRMS.
• Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and promote positive labor relations.
