Job summary

Arvato in Las Vegas is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a wide range of human resources activities including employee relations, payroll, HR reporting, recruiting and benefits administration. You will advise managers and employees on HR practices, interpret policies and the employee handbook, and collaborate with the HR Central/Share Services Team.

The role includes developing and executing onboarding programs, assisting with payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining confidential HR

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee services, or administrative support.
• Experience working with UKG or other HRIS platforms and onboarding systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain job documentation, evaluations, and salary structures.
• Write ads and post openings; draft offer letters for new hires.
• Check references, extend offers, and process new hire paperwork.
• Assist with orientation programs for new employees.
• Explain benefits and liaise with insurance carriers.
• Assist Payroll with payroll processing and employee inquiries.
• Enter confidential personnel data into HRIS systems and assist with HR reporting.
• Maintain confidential HR records and onboarding materials.
