You will play a key part in strengthening employee experience, engagement, and leadership development while helping drive HR operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 1 year HR general experience or 2+ years Amazon experience with 1-year HR exposure.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences and guiding others.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT to build a valued culture.
• Execute standard work with SLAs and maintain HR process documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Run feedback channels and track improvements to employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews and team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and increase adoption.
