Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations on site in an Amazon facility. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence.

You will work with PXT to execute standard processes, coach leaders, and use data-driven insights to improve the employee experience while expanding HR capabilities for your career growth at Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate as needed with discretion.
• Assist in running feedback channels and tracking issues to drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and effective use of HR tools.
