Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations onsite at a Lewisville facility in Texas. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence.

You will foster partnerships with site operations, coach leaders, and drive data-driven HR improvements while ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with HR or related experience.
• Strong communication and discretion for sensitive information.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and maintain HR process documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate when needed while handling confidential data.
• Assist in collecting feedback through roundtables and engagement activities; track follow-up actions.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communications, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT data trends and prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
• Encourage self-service tools and identify gaps to improve tool usability and adoption.
