Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations onsite. You will drive employee experience, engagement, and leadership development while delivering HR operational excellence across site operations.

You will partner with PXT and Operations to ensure timely issue resolution, standard work execution, and proactive people strategies. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and a customer-centric approach to support a safe, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations to foster a culture where employees feel valued and supported.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meet SLAs, and maintain documentation of HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring proper resolution or escalation of matters.
• Assist in running feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities) and support tracking and improving employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors affecting engagement and retention and guide them in using available tools for better communication and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture initiatives, handle logistics, gather feedback, and monitor effectiveness.
• Learn to track PXT data (attrition, hiring, sentiment) and help prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify recurring gaps and training needs.
