Job summary

You will build partnerships, handle confidential information, coach leaders, track HR metrics, and promote self-service tools while learning to navigate complex issues with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR experience or equivalent
• Experience handling confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to analyze information and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
• Execute standard work with quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and tools to improve communication and performance
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews
• Promote self-service tools and identify adoption gaps in HR tech
