Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner in Texas to support employee experience, engagement, and HR operations on the PXT team. You will partner with Operations to foster a safe, inclusive culture and apply standard HR processes on the floor with hourly employees.

Daily activities include responding to inquiries, maintaining documentation, tracking metrics, and coaching frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute key HR programs to support employee experience and engagement.
• Maintain documentation of HR processes and employee interactions.
• Respond to frontline employee inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate engagement activities like roundtables and floor walks.
• Coach leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT metrics and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools and identify usability gaps.
