Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support the North American Sort Center (NASC) PXT initiatives onsite in Hebron, KY. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, partnering with site operations to foster a culture where employees feel valued.

You will work with front-line leaders to drive engagement, implement standard HR processes, and use data-driven insights to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze information and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard HR processes with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, and escalate as needed.
• Track and summarize HR data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Coach leaders on engagement and use of HR tools to improve communication and performance.
