• Execute standard HR processes with quality, timeliness, and accurate documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support by addressing inquiries and guiding issue resolution.
• Assist in gathering feedback through channels like roundtables and engagement activities.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention, and guide use of HR tools.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives with logistics and feedback collection.
• Track PXT data trends and prepare insights for site reviews and discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for improvement.
