Job summary

Amazon in Carteret, NJ seeks an HR Partner within the NASC PXT team to support operations with HR programs, employee experience, and leadership coaching.

You will partner with site operations, execute standard HR processes, analyze data, and drive engagement initiatives while upholding confidentiality and compliance in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires onsite presence at an Amazon facility and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining confidentiality in sensitive HR matters.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and explain processes clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard HR work with high quality and timely documentation, meeting SLAs.
• Provide frontline employee support by addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels and engagement activities, tracking outcomes and improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives, coordinating logistics and gathering feedback.
• Track PXT data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote use of self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify improvement opportunities.
