Job summary

Amazon's Human Resources team (PXT) is hiring an HR Partner I for its Grocery Fulfillment Centers. You will execute standard HR processes, support hourly employees, coach leaders, and drive engagement with data-driven insights and HR technologies.

This onsite role partners with site leaders to improve retention, attendance, and sentiment while maintaining confidentiality and SLAs. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Execute standard HR processes with quality and timeliness, document interactions, meet SLAs
• Respond to inquiries, resolve or escalate employee matters with discretion
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives with logistics and feedback channels
• Track HR data trends (attrition, attendance, sentiment) to drive process improvements
