Amazon's Grocery Fulfillment Centers (GFC) are seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, deliver talent management initiatives, and elevate employee experience. This role requires leveraging data-driven insights to impact engagement and performance across hourly teams and leaders.

You will balance strategic and tactical work onsite at an Amazon facility, coaching leaders on people practices, driving equitable talent decisions, and leading initiatives around HR technology

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and addressing root causes while ensuring policy compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict future challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on effective people management, including performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service delivery.
