Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner I for Grocery Fulfillment Centers in Bethpage, NY. You will support PXT operations, foster engagement, coach leaders, and deliver consistent HR services onsite at an Amazon facility.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining documentation, and using HR data to drive improvements. Strong communication and a Bachelor’s degree are required, with extensive MS Office skills and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.

Responsabilités

• Execute standard HR processes with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation and SLAs.
• Provide frontline employee support by resolving inquiries and escalations while handling sensitive information.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations using available tools.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives through logistics and gathering employee feedback.
• Track HR data such as attrition, attendance, and sentiment to identify process improvements.
