Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, as an HR generalist or across multiple HR functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR guidance and support to assigned business units on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Supports implementation of HR initiatives and ensures alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Partners with leaders to address workforce needs, organizational changes, and talent considerations.
