The HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting the alignment of business objectives with team members and leaders to help promote performance and well‑being. Partners with stakeholders to deliver value‑added services which enable GuideStone to deliver on its ministry and business assignment. Serves as an advisor to the business on HR processes, policy, and initiatives. The role operates with an increasing level of complexity and uses independent judgement to provide HR guidance.
