Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Human Resources Partner to serve as the field intelligence layer for our HR function. You will own employee relations, performance execution, coaching, and program delivery within a defined client group across the organization.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to ensure effective HR solutions and compliance while supporting managers through critical decisions and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, investigations, performance management, and manager coaching.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution with HRBPs and Legal as needed.
• Manage annual performance reviews, calibrations, and manager training on feedback.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions including terminations and compensation discussions.
• Counsel leaders on equity, merit, and promotions using compensation data.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning to address capability gaps within the client group.
• Deliver enterprise HR programs in a practical, timely manner.
