Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Human Resources Partner in Tempe to act as the field intelligence layer for HR, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to drive employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of HR programs and ensure compliant delivery of complex people initiatives.

You will collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to translate enterprise HR programs into actionable actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and manager coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution and documentation.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions and provide guidance on performance and compensation conversations.
• Manage annual performance cycles, calibration, and succession planning for the client group.
• Deliver HR programs and policy communications with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence.
• Provide field intelligence to HRBP and leadership to surface engagement and retention signals.
