Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Partner in Tempe, AZ to be the day-to-day HR partner for a defined client group.

You will own employee relations, performance management, and the operational delivery of HR programs across the lifecycle, collaborating with HRBPs, Legal, and Benefits. You’ll lead workplace investigations, advise on accommodations, and coach managers through challenging personnel decisions while partnering with leadership to implement development and succession

Qualifications

Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, leave, ADA, NLRA, return-to-work
Ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgment in complex situations
Foundational understanding of compensation practices and applying programs

Responsibilities

Lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution with HRBPs and Legal
Advise on accommodations (ADA, religious, pregnancy) in partnership with Legal and Benefits
Manage annual performance review cycle for the client group and calibrate ratings
Coach managers through difficult people decisions including performance, terminations, compensation
Partner with leaders on development plans for high-potential talent
Support talent reviews, succession planning, and action tracking
Provide field intelligence to HRBPs and leadership on engagement and morale signals
