Job summary

Amazon in the United States is seeking an HR Partner on the People, Experience and Technology (PXT) team. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence, with a visible presence across site operations.

You will support PXT operations, foster team culture, coach leaders, and use data-driven insights to improve the employee experience. This role requires onsite work at an Amazon facility and involves travel across the Great Lakes region as

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintain documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues or escalating where needed.
• Assist in gathering feedback channels and driving improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and effective use of tools.
• Support site-level engagement, communications, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track and summarize PXT-related data for site reviews and team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine employee questions and identify improvement opportunities.
