Job summary

Mercedes-Benz U.S. International invites a motivated student to join our Human Relations: Organizational Development internship at MBUSI in Alabama.

You will steer an organizational development training project, liaise with training providers, promote internal trainings, and support our assessment center for leadership potential. You will assist with DEI initiatives, communicate training highlights plant-wide, prepare meetings and presentations, and help with other development topics.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in university or gap year between Bachelor's and Master’s degree.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability for a minimum of 6 months.
• Interest in intercultural environments and DEI.
• February 2027 start date.
• Visa cost coverage and housing bonus are provided.
• Currently studying outside the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Steer an organizational development training project.
• Communicate with training companies and help organize training for employees.
• Promote internal trainings and career opportunities.
• Support the assessment center process for leadership potential candidates.
• Plan, organize, and implement DEI initiatives.
• Support DEI communication & promotion across MBUSI.
• Communicate training highlights plant-wide.
• Prepare team meetings and presentations.
• Support other training and development topics.
