Job summary

Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. invites applications for an Internship in Project Management (International Student) at MBUSI in Alabama.

The role supports cross-functional teams, prepares reports and presentations, and assists with new vehicle launch projects during the six-month minimum duration. Candidates enrolled abroad, with at least 3 semesters of relevant study, will gain hands-on experience and exposure to management levels.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in university or a gap year between degrees.
• Studies outside the United States.
• Minimum 3 semesters in relevant field of study.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Paid internship with hourly rate $18.
• Visa cost coverage.
• $700 housing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional team by gathering feedback for reports and presentations.
• Represent localization team in cross-functional project meetings for new vehicle launches.
• Assist project management on various projects to steer model-year parts maturity.
• Plan and organize supplier and internal workshops for new vehicle launches.
• Help track standard process KPIs for model-year and launches.
• Develop training material for used systems and onboarding processes.
