Qualifications

• Student in Business Management, HR or related area, or equivalent education and experience.
• Fluent in English (oral/written) and proficient in MS Office.
• Team oriented with strong organizational skills and intercultural interest.
• Willing to support visa processes and housing arrangements.
• Current enrollment in university or gap year, minimum 3 semesters, available for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage online internships applications and interviews.
• Administer HR software and coordinate with MBUSI departments.
• Support interns with visa processes and onboarding.
• Serve as HR contact for interns on legal, taxes, and payroll topics.
• Create budget overview for international interns.
• Handle offboarding and prepare letters of recommendation.
