Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• High flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• High motivation and willingness to learn.
• Fluent proficiency in English, good German skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Office of the President and CEO of MBUSI.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Organize and execute internal events.
• Research and compile information for special projects.
• Organize, prepare and execute Management Workshops.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for Operational Management Team Meeting.
• Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
• Communication material preparation.
