EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator to support HR TEC processes across the United States. You will handle and review complex HR transactions, provide coaching to new team members, and help ensure accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating with EY Recruiting and Talent teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands customer expectations and delivers service that exceeds needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identify and resolve issues impacting quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use judgment to apply concepts and guidelines; prioritize assignments; identify solutions for leadership.
