Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the United States, supporting HR TEC processes with limited supervision. You’ll review and process complex HR transactions, balance and reconcile activities, and escalate discrepancies while coaching less experienced teammates.

The role emphasizes proactive communication with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, delivering timely, quality service, and contributing to special projects as needed. A path to growth within EY’s TEC is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership.
