Job summary

TeamLINX is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator in Denver, CO to support HR operations, data management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role requires experience with HRIS/ADP, excellent data entry, organization, and a service-focused attitude as you help maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist with leaves, benefits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an HR administrative, HR coordinator, or similar support role
• High-volume, high-accuracy data entry
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of error-free work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with HR systems and technology
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Professional, service-oriented attitude
• Willingness to handle a broad range of tasks as business needs evolve

Responsibilities

• HR Systems & Data Management: Enter and maintain data in ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems; process hires, terminations, job changes, and data updates; assist onboarding with data entry and access; run routine HR reports.
• Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Support: Assist with workers’ compensation documentation; support leaves and unemployment notices; track anniversaries and birthdays; coordinate welcome gifts and recognition items; route employee inquiries.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Process invoices and support basic vendor admin; scan and file records; support audits and compliance; take on additional HR tasks as needed.
