Job summary

LINX is seeking an HR Administrative professional in Denver to support the full cycle of new hire processing from onboarding to payroll integration. Working with HR leadership, you will manage postings, background checks, offer letters, and document compliance.

You will handle ADP-related tasks, benefits liaison, and maintain recruitment records and onboarding materials while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years general Recruiting and Human Resource knowledge.
• Experience with onboarding and payroll processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new hires, payroll entry, and onboarding tasks.
• Manage job postings, offers, and background checks.
• Serve as liaison for benefits and policy questions.
• Maintain and update onboarding guides and new hire forms.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws.
