LINX in Denver, CO is seeking an HR coordinator to manage the complete New Hire process from onboarding to payroll entry, under the supervision of the HR Director and HR Manager. This onsite role requires strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

The position emphasizes coordination of job postings, offers, background checks, documentation, and compliance with Federal and State laws, with a focus on onboarding efficiency and benefits support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years general Recruiting and Human Resource knowledge.
• Welcoming Attitude and professional demeanor.
• ADP experience is a plus; proficient in Word and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Daily review/check in of new hires, clearance, entry into payroll.
• Manage postings/requisitions, offers, background clearance, new hire forms, and payroll entry.
• Serve as liaison for new hires regarding policy and benefits questions.
