Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or recruiting coordination.
• Demonstrated discretion handling confidential employee information.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• HR operations (about 50%): onboarding, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, payroll data, benefits administration, policy attestations, HR reporting, and records management.
• Recruiting (about 30%): posting openings, screening, interviews coordination, candidate communication, and ATS research.
• Office coordination (about 20%): office supplies, building management liaison, greeting visitors, conference room scheduling, events, and invoicing.
