Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated employee and manager inquiries.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions.
• Conduct advanced employee data management in HRIS systems.
• Process higher-complexity transactions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on issues.
• Monitor case trends to improve guidance materials.
• Support service level agreements and metrics.
• Coach Tier I associates for consistency.
• Coordinate new hire orientation logistics.
