Enchem America INC. in Georgia is seeking an HR Specialist to support daily HR operations with a focus on staffing agency management, recruitment coordination, attendance tracking, payroll administration, and onboarding/offboarding.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and external partners to ensure accurate HR records, timely payroll processing, and compliant workforce management across all departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in HR, recruitment or staff coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with payroll and attendance processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staffing requests and workforce schedules with staffing agencies.
• Monitor attendance, absences, terminations, and replacement requests.
• Review staffing invoices, verify hours, and track related expenses.
• Maintain staffing contracts, service agreements, and renewal schedules.
• Post job openings, manage applications, and coordinate interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes; maintain HR records.
