Job summary

Enchem America INC. in Georgia seeks a responsive account coordinator to establish and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions. Key duties include coordinating product delivery, handling sample requests, using sales tools and ERP to track progress, issuing invoices, and monitoring monthly volumes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the chemical or battery industry.
• Language: bilingual English and Korean (written and verbal) preferred.
• Abilities: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product delivery schedules for various customers.
• Handle customer sample requests and communicate with internal department.
• Utilize sales tools and ERP system to manage customers, track progress, and generate reports.
• Handle sales data, invoicing, and closing procedures.
• Monitor monthly sales volumes and progress.
• Attend online/offline customer meetings as needed
