Job summary

HD Construction Equipment Hyundai North America is seeking an HR Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations at two GA offices. The role involves on-site work in Norcross, GA and Suwanee, GA, with duties spanning staffing, new hire orientation, records management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR/Business and 1–3 years in HR, with experience in SAP, SuccessFactors, or ADP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, including recruiting coordination or HR administration.
• Experience coordinating recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interviews, fairs) and onboarding.
• Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and HR records management.
• Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors and ADP preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: postings, screening, interviews, scheduling, and career fairs.
• Coordinate onboarding, 90-day evaluations, and employee lifecycle processing.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and trainings; manage HR communications.
• Maintain accurate digital employee records, benefits, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Process HR invoices in SAP and collaborate with other departments as needed.
