Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Understand basic math for payroll and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll-related tasks and generate weekly labor reports.
• Maintain and update employee records, including I-9s and benefits docs.
• Post and communicate materials such as notices and postings.
• Assist with internal HR audits and maintain compliant records.
• Support onboarding and logistics for new hires.
• Coordinate monthly recognition programs and assist in engagement.
• Support STA applications and renewals.
• Maintain employee ID badge program.
