Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to coordinate pre-employment, onboarding, and recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to craft onboarding plans and manage documentation.

The role involves ensuring compliance with pre-employment screenings, coordinating IT access, and creating onboarding content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, and onboarding required.
• 2+ years' experience with Taleo or any other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Experience coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities, including offer documentation, background screening, and new-hire paperwork preferred.
• Experience supporting Form I-9 and E-Verify processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day recruiting and onboarding activities and contribute to continuous improvement of the onboarding experience.
• Coordinate candidate and new hire travel arrangements and related expense reimbursements.
• Create offer letters based on compensation approvals and submit for approval.
• Serve as liaison with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure a complete onboarding plan is created and communicated with the new hire.
• Coordinate and track all facets of the pre-employment and onboarding process including offer letter creation and compliance checks.
• Coordinate IT account setup, equipment provisioning, and system access requests.
• Create and maintain onboarding content, presentations, announcements, and job postings.
• Provide new hire paperwork support for onboarding in Weston and remote offices; verify compliant documentation (I-9, E-Verify).
• Create and maintain SOPs and Talent Acquisition resources.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
