Job summary

iSolved HCM is hiring an HR Associate to lead onboarding/offboarding administration and maintain employee documentation for compliance. You will assist the HR Business Partner with merit, promotions, recruiting, and talent management, and support benefit and compensation initiatives.

You’ll manage data integrity in People Cloud/HRIS, handle reporting, and contribute to employee relations while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance. Hybrid office environment in Utah.

Responsibilities

• Access and navigate electronic PHI and our cloud-based HCM solution, isolved.
• Support HR Business Partner in employee relations and HR operations.
• Oversee data entry and integrity including employee records for benefits and employment.
• Own onboarding process including new hire orientations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with IT for new hire equipment fulfillment.
• Manage People Cloud/HRIS: add hires, pay changes, transfers, promotions, terminations.
• Create and process internal Role Change Memos for role/compensation changes.
• Own termination and offboarding processes.
• Maintain active/historic employee files and records retention.
