H.G. Fenton is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to administer HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee records, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes. You will manage lifecycle activities and deliver reliable reporting to ELT leaders.

You will coordinate payroll changes, handle timekeeping, support benefits programs, and optimize HR systems and SharePoint resources for easy access by employees and managers. This role is onsite in San Diego.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience supporting HR operations, HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, or related employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong systems aptitude and experience working with HRIS and payroll platforms; experience with UKG is a plus.
• Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, employee records, and employment-related compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage recurring processes, deadlines, and employee needs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a thoughtful, responsive approach to supporting employees, leaders, and external partners.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR Systems & Data: Maintain accurate employee and workforce data, process HRIS transactions, support system improvements, and provide reporting for ELT leaders.
• Deliver Accurate Payroll: Coordinate payroll, validate pay/timekeeping, process changes, resolve discrepancies to ensure timely pay.
• Support Benefits & Perks: Administer benefits, 401(k), wellness, perks; coordinate events and communications.
• Maintain Records & Compliance: Keep records, audit-ready docs, assist regulatory reporting and notices.
• Enhance ELT Operations: Improve processes and ELT SharePoint sites to simplify information access for employees and leaders.
