Job summary

5812 Investment Group is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the administration and continuous improvement of HR operations. The role independently manages HR processes, maintains HR data accuracy, identifies and resolves routine issues, and recommends improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, compliance, and employee service.

The position also provides cross-trained backup coverage for Benefits administration and selected HR Generalist functions, reporting to the Human

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive HR experience (HR operations, HRIS, benefits or compliance).
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Orientation and 90-day reviews; track, analyze results and recommend improvements.
• Back up Benefits administration including enrollment, eligibility, open enrollment, and 5500 reporting.
