Worley is seeking an HR Manager – Craft Operations (On-Site) to lead field-based People Operations on a major industrial construction project. You will drive workforce planning, mobilization, employee relations, compliance, and talent strategies for large craft populations, reporting to project leadership on site.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of HR, People Operations, or construction workforce support.
Minimum 5+ years supporting construction, industrial, or project-based environments.
Minimum 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, workforce compliance requirements, and records management.
Experience supporting large project-based workforces.

Responsibilities

Lead project-based People Team activities and personnel.
Forecast workforce demand and mobilization schedules with leadership.
Advise on attendance, conduct, performance, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
Represent on-site People Team in stakeholder engagements.
