Job summary

RSG Group in Dallas is seeking a Human Resources Operations Generalist to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring accurate employee records and confidential handling of HR systems, onboarding, benefits administration, and reporting.

You will manage onboarding, I-9 compliance, HRIS data integrity, leave administration, and payroll coordination, while supporting HR projects, audits, and employee communications to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Benefit and leave management experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process employee status changes in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Prepare HR-related correspondence, reports, forms, and documentation.
• Maintain organizational charts, headcount reports, and HR metrics.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new-hire documentation.
• Coordinate administration of leave programs and benefits.
• Support HR audits, compliance, and reporting.
