Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reviews and processes routine ePAFs and personnel actions with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Updates HRIS and related systems, maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Provides onboarding and employment records support.
• Guides departments and HR partners on routine HR processes.
• Performs basic troubleshooting and runs routine HR data reports.
• Identifies opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes routine ePAFs, including hires, edits, additional payments, employment status changes, position changes, and other personnel actions.
• Enters and updates employee and position information in the University HRIS and related systems, maintaining confidential information.
• Provides operational support for onboarding, employment verification, and employment records.
• Provides procedural guidance to departments, employees, supervisors, and HR partners regarding routine HR processes and requirements.
• Performs basic troubleshooting of HR systems and processes and works with appropriate HR resources to resolve issues.
• Runs routine queries and reports and reviews HR data to identify discrepancies or items requiring follow-up.
• Assists with documenting established HR procedures and identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency of HR processes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education
