Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma or equivalent with four years of related experience.
• Experience interpreting employment processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all OPS Express OMNI Job Offers to ensure compliance with university, state, and federal guidelines.
• Launch candidate invites in the Onboarding Portal and troubleshoot onboarding.
• Notify departments of non-responsive candidates and manage onboarding timelines.
• Interpret employment processes and assist in developing procedures for postings and hiring.
• Monitor assigned email inboxes and respond to inquiries from departments, applicants and onboarders.
• Assist with system testing for OMNI Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

Education

Bachelor's degree
