Job summary

• Provides operational support for employment processes
• Guides departments and HR partners in HR processes

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes routine ePAFs ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Enters and updates employee and position information in HR systems
• Provides onboarding and employment verification support
• Offers procedural guidance on routine HR processes
• Troubleshoots HR systems and resolves issues with HR resources
• Runs routine queries and reviews HR data for discrepancies
• Documents HR procedures and improves accuracy and efficiency
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area
