Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking an HR Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day HR tasks in a Florida office. You will enter employee data into HRIS, create electronic files, and manage onboarding/documentation while ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or equivalent experience, 2+ years in HR, and authorization to work in the United States. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR experience.
• 2+ years of related experience in HR.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain employee data into HRIS with high accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding HR data and general HR questions.
• Create electronic personnel files and maintain relevant documentation.
• Process New Hire paperwork and E-Verify with I-9 documentation.
• Provide status updates on onboarding and personnel changes.
