Hydrogen Group seeks an HR Services Specialist in Rosemead, CA for an 18-month contract. The role is hybrid (Onsite Monday & Tuesday) and serves as the primary HR contact, delivering end-to-end support and case management in our HR system.

Responsibilities include researching policies, updating employee data, supporting benefits and recruitment, and ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or equivalent, 2+ years HR experience, strong

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years HR-related experience.
• 2+ years of office/clerical support in HR environment.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and leaders.
• Respond to HR questions via phone and case management.
• Research and interpret HR policies and regulations.
• Process employee data changes (hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes).
• Maintain accurate employee/HR records and support benefits/recruitment.
• Assist with open enrollment, claims, and vendor coordination.
• Support new-hire orientation and documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and confidential handling of information.
