The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 0-2 years of HR operations experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, and the ability to handle confidential information

• 0-2 years of experience in HR operations or HR support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems.
• Support HR process documentation and improvement efforts.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and status change processing.
• Prepare HR reports and support data audits.
• Respond to HR operational inquiries from employees and managers.
• Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with special HR projects as assigned.
