Elior North America is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide swift, professional support to employees and managers. You will handle HR inquiries via Zendesk, maintain data in SAP SuccessFactors, and collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure a positive employee experience.

The role covers onboarding, HR reporting, data validation, and routine HR activities, emphasizing accuracy and timely resolution in a hybrid Houston-based office environment.

Competenze

• Working knowledge of HR processes and employee transactions.
• Experience with HR systems and data handling.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.

Mansioni

• Respond to HR inquiries and assist with timely resolution.
• Manage Zendesk tickets and HR service requests per SLA.
• Maintain employee data and org/position info in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support onboarding activities and HR transactions.
• Process unemployment claims and related documentation.
• Generate HR reports and validate employee records.
• Follow HR procedures and maintain process docs.
• Assist payroll/timekeeping and HR transactions with Payroll/Operations.
• Support HR programs and enterprise initiatives as assigned.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to assist staff.
