Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years HR admin or related service environment.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and HR data processing.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain privacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HR inquiries via phone, email, or ServiceNow.
• Provide professional, responsive HR support to employees, managers, and partners.
• Assist Workday navigation and HR self-service, guiding users through processes.
• Create and manage ServiceNow cases; document actions and resolutions.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday accurately and timely.
• Protect confidential information and escalate complex issues as needed.
