Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Specialist, Benefits to support outsourced employee benefits administration across the United States and Canada. You will assist employees, managers, and HR partners with benefits-related questions and escalations, ensuring timely, compliant service.

You will maintain case documentation, coordinate with vendors, and use ServiceNow to resolve issues with confidentiality and customer focus in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in employee benefits or HR operations.
• Experience assisting employees and HR partners.
• Knowledge of benefits programs: eligibility, enrollment, coverage, billing.
• Experience with customer service and case resolution.
• Ability to work with vendors and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to benefits questions from employees, managers, and HR partners using approved plan information.
• Manage benefits cases to resolution using ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Perform data validations, enrollments, and audits of records.
• Maintain complete documentation and provide timely updates on cases.
